Since July 2002 Talking Training Ltd has combined and consolidated the experience, technical knowledge and training skills of a number of highly accomplished and respected trainers. Our 2 directors alone have in excess of 40 years’ experience in telecoms training.
Our experience covers all aspects of training, from end-user training on handsets, voicemail, PC applications and operator consoles, right through to training for system managers on administration software and call centre management software. Our knowledge and skills base include conventional systems as well as the latest software driven pure IP & Hosted telephone systems.

Directors Sara and Chris Knight have in excess of 40 years’ experience in Telecoms, offering a huge depth of technical knowledge and experience to your organisation. Our client focused approach ensures we always ask exactly what is required to ensure the training is focused, concise and effective in any situation.
Sara Knight
Sara began end-user training on handsets, voicemail and operator consoles in 1993. Initially this role was combined with that of project co-ordinator at a highly successful London re-seller. In 1995 Sara became a freelance trainer. Her skills as a trainer, her technical knowledge and excellent personal skills ensured she steadily gained a loyal client base and her reputation grew. In 2002 she become part of Talking Training.

Chris Knight
Chris first began training in 1995. As a freelance trainer he too developed a loyal client base who recognised the value of his skills as a trainer and growing technical knowledge. In recent years Chris has specialised in software driven and Pure IP systems, offering in-depth training on End User PC based applications and System Manager Administration Training on systems management software.
